Whenever a champion is rooted, it doesn't immediately stay in one place like before. The stunned or rooted champion wobbles/lags around all over the place sometimes when they are stunned or rooted.
This first started last patch and its been happening every game. Its so obvious I figured it should be fixed this patch but nope.
I can confirm this. I am experiencing this bug as well regularly and it started last patch. Strange bug.
reported this bug on lol reddit literally the first day 9.16 came out. got downvoted into abyss and one guy wrote "youre cute when you sound stupid".
so yeah. wont be fixed in the near future. as riot d suc... i mean lol reddit apparently supports riot once again even with such a weird bug
Turn off "use movement prediction" and you won't be seeing that bug anymore ( Besides that 1 time I turned that option on last patch I have never seen this bug occur), don't know when riot will fix it so players can go back to using it.

Seen it too, not just bad, confusing as hell, you cc a champion to land ur skillshots, but he still dodges...
I dont know if its because of playing from South Africa but from the last patch this keeps happening, before this never happend. Rito plz

i have this bug all the time when playing lux and hitting Q,E,R at the same time and R missing bc of the fucking bug so damn annoying

Yeah, portrait bug with 
ultimates is pretty obvious too (I also reported it more than 3 times), yet it hasn't been fixed for years.
I've only had this happen 1 game where I was playing morgana and everytime i landed a q they would step out of my pool while rooted. was annoying, everyone else in the game already knew about the bug.
idk if I have seen it happen because I don't really know what it looks like. Does anyone have a clip of it happening?
