[Login] Account Credential Error. UNABLE TO LOGIN!!!!

Hey so my brother tried to login to his account today and hes getting a "Your login credentials don't match an account in our system" error.

He checked and checked his username and password, both of which are correct.

His account does exist still, you can find him on NA.OP.GG, and you can also search him up in the league client.

EDIT: Clicking the "can't sign in" option and then changing his password allowed him to resign in again. This is incredibility buggy as he had the same password for like 4 years, and he checked and re-entered the password like 20 times also checkout the keyboard settings. Is this a sign of getting hacked, or a bug?

I've got the same issue. I'm guessing there's something wrong on Riot's end. I'm able to log in to my low level account but not my main so idk what's up.
