Ending games with Trolls before they start

TL;DR: Add a voting tool to end games with trolls in the champ select screen. Gives trolls a punishment if they are the people who are voted out.

General Description

In the current state of League of Legends, the trolls pretty much dominate the feilds of justice. They have the ability to instalock, feed, and flame at will, which inevitably ruins ranked games entierly. There needs to be an option in champion select to kick/disban the game without dodging and getting banned/recieving low priority queue. It is completley unfair to players to have to sit through already lost games for such a long period of time (20 mins). This feature would prevent the loss of LP because of unfair circumstances. One person would not have the power to decide when to disban a game, as that would be another breed of trolls. Instead, this would be based on a vote.

How it would work

If 3 people vote that someone is a troll and needs to be banned, the game will cancel and the players (other than the troll who was voted out, who will recieve the standard punishment for dodging/leaving games) will be put back into queue. Now, I did not choose a 4 person vote because two trolls can duo and troll together. Since they have the same intention, they would not vote against each other, which would start the game and give the trolls a victory in losing the game.

Before these get asked...

-Can't three people get into ranked at the same time and troll like that?: There are four games being launched every second. It is highly unlikley that they will be put into the same game.

-Too op. This would give the other players way too much power.: There is no other solution to ending the game without being banned. As this could be abused, I think this would still be beneficial to the League of Legends community. I think we would all rather wait an extra 30 secs-5 mins instead of losing LP because of unfair circumstances

-Riot needs to be focusing on "Insert topic here" instead of this: Well, this is a suggestion. The staff could think about it and decide whether to add this or not

-I hate this idea: Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.

-I love this idea!: Thanks!

In the current state of League of Legends, the trolls pretty much dominate the feilds of justice.

I don't want to assume that this is your only account, but if it is, you've only been playing ranked since Season 4.

In the current state of League of legends, trolls do NOT dominate champion select.

Take a look at this post from June of 2012, where Riot took away the Elo penalty for dodging in Ranked and made it just a time penalty. Part of their reasoning was that "there are cases where it's a player's only defense against a toxic situation." It was an experiment.

Now check this post from February 2013, 8 months later. The experiment was a failure. Trolling in champ select was rampant for those several months. It became commonplace to see someone lock Karma or Evelynn (the most out-of-meta champs at the time) with Revive/Clairvoyance if anything happened during picks that they didn't like. Riot actually issued a large ban wave halfway through the experiment, against people who dodged nonstop and people who trolled in champ select to make people dodge; details are here. Even despite this wave of bans, trolling still happened so much that they had to reinstate a harsher dodge penalty.

Why do I mention all this? Two reasons. First, to point out that champ select is good right now. No, you do not get someone trolling champ select almost every game. You may think you do, because it upsets you when it does happen. But in reality, people who troll in champion select to force dodges are rare.

Second, take another look at the February post that I linked. The experiment's 2nd negative effect was "Players were much less willing to work together and became much more focused on what they individually wanted." That happened automatically once the Elo penalty was removed. It was because players knew there was a way out if they didn't get what they individually wanted: troll to make someone dodge, then dodge at the last second if no one else will.

**Giving players a way out of a champion select where they didn't get what they wanted caused players to be less willing to work together. **

I think that would be the end result of a kickvote system even though that wasn't your intention. You want to have a safe way out of a troll game, but giving players a safe way out makes them less likely to cooperate. It may not directly encourage trolling, but it encourages players to have a pessimistic attitude, which in turn makes them feel trolled. It makes things worse, not better.

how about a refund of LP if threr was a troll afk or feeder in the ranked match plus a long ban for them
