Or work for an hour or 2, you would already have a skin by then, much faster than getting all champs.
But yes, that can be nice, as a little fan service.
If this is about the Pool Party event, I'm pretty sure they said they were in the FAQ.
if you read the FAQ if you own every champion you get a skin, if you own all the skins you get 490RP (same price as a mystery gift)
