Which means his shield is.... alive!
Obviously this is a joke, but for some reason the thought of that would creep me out.

Fun fact: Braum's mustache has a soul of its own.
Some believe that his shield is a Watcher. This kind of helps make that belief more accurate.

I wouldnt be surprised. A lot of the weapons are alive. Sona Harp, Irelias...blades? Both of those are "alive".
Doesn't he have a pet poro that comes out for emotes? That could be a poro soul.
