why can cass 100-0 me in level 2?
poison me then just walks and kills me with her high as fuck base damage,

Her base damage is decent, but even poisoned, she will OOM in a minute trying to 100-0 someone at level 2. She can't really 100-0 anyone until she has built the Tear or Catalyst, and even then, that's assuming you haven't built HP or popped a potion.
If you get killed at level 2 100-0, you're bad.

Cass... Doesn't really have grat damage early game, don't get me wrong a good cass will wreck the late game, but early? nope
