Can you earn tokens in all for one?

Just wondering because I played a game on shen on my main account, and got an S but didn't earn a mastery 7 token?

My main is Brooks107 if that matters at all

No. You can only earn then in normal and ranked SR games. All rotating game modes have 6/7 disabled.
