If he get perma banned every peoples who don't pick a champion in the current top tier for thier roles will get my report for refusing to communicate. YES i will ask them to take a top tier pick every time i see a non top tier and harras them like the singed guy might be harrased every game he play.

But... he isn't, so that is why he got banned. This ban would not happen in a low bronze game. The guy has over 2 million mastery points on singed. It was more than him just picking singed support and roaming. He legitimately refused to play any type of support role so he could counter jungle the whole game.

This becomes the issue with role selection though. The meta is so ingrained in everyone's head (and Riot's systems) that GOD FORBID a strategy that isn't meta could work. Just my thought.

Yep. Doesn't matter that your team has Ekko support. He built item 2301 item 3190 and has more wards on the map than the RekSai item 3711 . He's actually trying and you can only fault him for being an idiot if it doesn't work but you can't call him a troll when he behaves like an actual support.

Absolutely right. People don't get this. It is okay to try off-meta picks as long as you don't leave your team short a role. By taking a support pick and making it a counter-jungler, you have now left a hole in your team, which will ultimately lead to them losing.

I'll explain.

So a 2.8 million mastery points Singed main recently got banned for playing Singed support. (Or that's what everyone thought he got banned for, which was not the case.)

It was later found out that he roamed out of lane for too long at a time, along with the fact that he let his ADCs tank poke. Sooner or later, people realized that the ban or penalty was indeed deserved.

After a particular game that I watched, everyone on Singeds team was telling everyone to report him. The enemy team was apologizing for having a troll in their game, and the Singed himself reported his whole team for "Intentional Feeding, Verbal Abuse, and Unsportsmanlike Conduct"

Soon, he got banned. And everyone realized they were wrong in trying to protect him. Some people still protect him though. Rip.

Occasionally is correct. But he roamed for too long. Sure, he barely left lane but when he did leave, he was gone for most of the lane.

Video evidence. Hes gone the rest of the time during LATE GAME! Late game supports roam. I am not bound by the will of my ADC. And if you pay attention, they are near a team member of some sort at all times.

Brand "support" can be played like a support. He's got consistent damage, peel, and CC. I'm sure you're talking about him not having barriers and healing abilities. In that case, what excuse have we for Zyra?

She has one thing that Brand does not have, A LOT more CC, and map control with vision. Literally Teemo is more of a legit support than Brand with Blind, and Map Control to prevent ganks.

Brand has 2 sets of CC. A stun and a slow. Zyra has two sets of CC. A snare and a knockup.

This is NOT including the Rylais slow.

Brand has significantly more range and early game damage, along with amazing teamfighting power. Zyra has less range but more consistent damage thanks to her plants. A bit more single-target damage.

Although Brand may not be able to provide as much vision normally, that's why sightstone exists.

Brand and Zyra have different affects on the game, so you complaining about all this is wrong.

If you are comparing this to Singed support getting banned, you're wrong. Singed did not get banned at all for going Singed support. He got banned for not doing his role how he was supposed to. He was not supporting anyone.

But the problem was not his CC, but how the player played that role. He was saying Brand support is not supposed to be a thing, in which it's amazing. The Singed did not play it how he was supposed to.

Yep,

W- Mega Adhesive Throws a vial of mega adhesive on the ground, slowing enemies who walk on it. Singed leaves a sticky area on the ground for 5 seconds, slowing enemies in the area by 35/45/55/65/75%. If Singed flings a target into the zone, it will root them.

How many times must I say this... He did not play support how he was supposed to. He let his 10% HP ADC tank Ashe Ws whilst he hid behind the ADC at full HP. Support is to help the ADC and other players in the game. Its not just about you.

IF you are in bronze, then yeah, it is news to you. But bard stays in lane most of the time. And even when he roams he can do it quickly because of his magical journey and speed boosts from chimes and mobility boots that are a good item on him. Furthermore even when he leaves he can leave heal packs for the adc to not be at a disadvantage.

Have you ever played with a support bard? Those fuckers leave lane for like 3-4 minutes at a time. ...of course they can often pick up kills for their roams.

No, they don't, and that is coming from a bard main. We roam, but not for that long, furthermore we leave heal packs for you and have increased roaming speed because of chimes + magical journey.
