Why do Riot develop so slow?

Bethesda/Blizzard/ect make entire landscapes/stories/game systems in the time it takes riot to change 3 abilities on some random character on a game to fix them, whats the deal?

Why can't they just get shit done, honestly for the amount of money they are making it's pretty much pathetic, no explaining away "model making time" when I've seen individuals make entire games faster (amnesia) than it takes them to make a little ittybitty character model and change a few ability FX (example rework)

For the amount of money they are making there is no excuse but laziness and unwillingness to spend any of it on development.

Personally, I think that you're right. I also want to add that its also pathetic on how some of their rp costing items aren't the best. A lot of the skins are super clunky and feel beyond rough. I believe if I am paying money to support riot games, then they should take the time to make sure skins are quality and not some half ass work.
