If you know of any or someone who plays him a lot on streams mid lane or jungle is fine. Jungler would be nice because thats generally where I play Ekko.

There's a streamer named Chrono_NA on twitch who plays him in high plat/low diamond.

Don't play him jungle. It doesn't work well, and he has weak ganks.

AP mid or AP top (ROA, Lichbane, Sterak's, Luden's, Hat + Boots).
