I just don't get why? I have a PBE account, but never got the chance to play him as 1) computer doesn't load fast enough in blind pick to grab him and 2) he's usually always picked or banned in draft, so like the rest of people without PBE accounts, I have been extremely excited to try him out. I'm just so confused, as the new champs have pretty much ALWAYS been released the day of the patch they are in.

That has not always been correct I remember back in the day when Luscian was not released on patch date . And if I remember correctly kindred was pushed back entire patch ,due to a bug. The most likely reason is that they want to continue building a hype with the q&a they are most likely be coming out Monday depending on demand. And he will be out 100% on Tuesday because that's when the Q&A usually is hang in there buddy I'm with you

That's exactly it, too. There is literally no reason for him to not come out, they just want to make as much money as possible by building all the hype in the world. But hey, that's what all you kiddies asked for when you enabled the scam that is F2P. ^^
