UI Containing Graphic setting?

Hello Summoners!!

How many would like to have the graphic settings positioned outside the game as well? When you are setting up your runes, masteries, buying champions, why not be able to set up graphic settings as well? and interface options? Yes I know, you could go to Custom game and fiddle around. But why? Would it not be easier to have a place in client to do all this? The ability to bring it up before game? I've changed settings before and had the client crash or sometimes re-enter the game with out the ability to see champions or minions! 

You could set it up in such a way to where when you bring this menu up, it will also bring up a small window to display what it would appear like (Interface options) The Graphic settings you should at lest have a rough idea what to set it too and what your computer can handle, plus when you enter the game and it appears to be too high, you would still have the option to set it while in game. I just believe for those who do know what setting to go on to with it. Why not have the same option menu in game, out of the game as well? Including the Language Filter and everything?
