Reporting Player/Non-matching

So far, I've reported the SAME player, ignored, over and over and over, for 4 matches in a row. Is there a system in place where I can make it to where I do not get paired up with or against the same people over and over? You have no idea how annoying it is to play with someone so toxic, and childish and yet, I have to stop playing for a bit just so I know I do not get matched with them.

I cannot upvote this hard enough. Look at my post. It's the "Please Riot, Institute an effective Tribunal" Seriously, thoughts?

The worst is if you had a bad game and that's when the person revealed themselves to be toxic. Dear god I tilted so hard the next game.

Wait like 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately at higher or lower MMR you will play with players more than one or two games at a time. Usually waiting 5 or 10 minutes helps me when i don't want to matched up with the same feeder.

Have you blocked him? It's different from ignoring and reporting because the matchmaking system can prevent you from having that toxic person on your team again if they're on your blocked list. Not sure if that's how its supposed to work, but at least that's what I've found with the players I've blocked.

Not sure how high a elo you are, sometimes at high elo there is a small group of players on w/ that ranking and thus long que times for you unlucky bastards. If you're like me though an in scrub gets placed in game quick elo then just don't que up for a minute. You'll get dumped into the same game if you both jump to que again immediately, but if you go get a sandwich and come back you'll miss them and be calmer too :D

I'm not sure how high of elo or mmr I am either, but over the past few days, I've been seeing the same players...its kinda cool, but at the same time it's just really annoying, and yes, I've blocked them too. =[ Just wish league had a black list for player conflict, even if it means I have to wait an extra minute or two at the session finder.
