[ Idea ] Match Accept Box Fix

Currently I find it to be annoying, and I imagine I am not alone in this, that you have to wait until all 3 to 10 according to what you've queued for have accepted even when perhaps the first or second person has declined the match. I feel like a better way to handle that would be once there has been a 'decline'? That all those who have accepted or not yet accepted are simply thrown back into the queue.

Also, this is more of a tangent, but I have seen so many people queue after me and get in a game before me whether they've solo queued or not... This is another issue I don't quite understand.
