Inappropriate Summoner Names, and reporting after the fact?

I noticed a rather disgusting Summoner name while in game and during the end screen / report screen forgot to report the username in question. I do have a screencap of them on my 'Recently Played' along with a screencap of their profile ---- I m wondering if these are things that would help with making Riot aware of said Summoner name as well as would it be something that I add to this thread or would it be something I would open a support ticket about?
