Back when asscension was around, I stole the buff with
's auto attack and got away, team was laughing most of the game.
One time i was playing AD Twisted fate and the enemy was doing baron. I ulted in and stole it with a Q that did about 60 damage.

TP'd in as mundo and just sat there helping them kill it. Eventually got bored and attacked their jungler. Stole the buff with mundo's W and started waking away. sadly died, but we got baron.
Was in a jungle fight around dragon as 
and was starting to come close to dying. I threw my ball out to ult them so I could get away and stole dragon. Got away too.

While I wouldn't call this a Baron steal because we had Baron pretty secured, I do think it's pretty funny that I killed Baron with my passive as Blitzcrank even though all five of our team members were around:
