Anyone else getting STUCK at 99% ?!?

I load into a game just for everyone else to get to 100%. Meanwhile I am still at 99% but when I FINALLY load into the game, it already has started minutes earlier.

To top it all off, since I was apparently "afk," I get kicked for inactivity and it takes me another couple minutes to load into the game again. Why am I kicked for inactivity if I wasn't even connected to the game?

Try the repair button on the launcher, go to custom game and see if it occurs again. If it does, stop playing and contact Riot directly through a support ticket
