Right off the bat let me say, I've been apart of this enjoyable community since season 2, I have to admit the game has come a LONG way, and it has seen some great changes but let's just cut to the chase, shall we?

In the clients you summarized the lores in short form and claimed it would entice player's to go to your website and read up on the full lore, that could not have been further from the truth, if you want to free up some space on your client, that just proves further your client is poorly done, something that has been criticized by a majority of the community for 2 years or longer and it's still not up to today's standards.

However you changed the launcher and I do feel like that was for the best, it grants more clarity. Minus the server/language options, it just says "North America" underneath the server status, but that's just a personal gripe.

Now granted these PBE preseason changes are tentative, there's literally zero clarity and it feels so so soooo sloppy, the crabs in the river? Really? That's just ridiculous and the health packs or whatever packs after 20 minutes pass, also ridiculous I don't like them personally because it feels so forced, I'm not sure how to feel about the new jungle items either (Also come on, keep the Wriggles Lantern name in the game at least, that's a huge part of the community culture!)

Now this is where I end this post I truly hope you take your playerbase's 2 cents for once on these changes, it truly feels like you don't listen sometimes which causes some miscommunication and provokes community outrages, I'm not sure how many more self detonated nukes your company can handle but let's just hope this isn't the last one, rather let's hope that you can undo the damage to the communities trust that you have done.
