Need to pick up a jungler

Who do I pick up. Skarner or Volibear. I feel like volibear is brainless and fun, Skarner being harder and more fun. Who is stronger at the moment?

voli is strong but try and not get kited. I prefer voli over skarner as voli can be support or top besides jungle.
