Program skins originally meant to be PROJECT skins?

After looking at them the feel the program skins were meant to be part of this PROJECT line. The two program skin does fill out a sorta team comp ( top mid) Also the art style for program feels like the PROJECT area. I think they were meant to be part of a 5 man team comp.

Any thoughts on the matter anyone

they are , its like Mecha and battlecast , they technicaly all belong to one Timeline , but their title indicatives their own unique faction so to speak. For example Mecha kha is a void creature , and battlecast vel koz is a voic creature but they usually should be allies , but the mecha/ battle cast part sets their team
