Is it ever okay to dodge

So in the past i have done it a few times (but no more then 10 times as long i have played the game.) Recently i que'd into a ranked game with some who locks in with a very unsavory screen name. We start talking and his personality wasn't too great. I locked him up and found this person had the perfect unvictorious win rate with in ranked. From the persons it looked like they were trolled ranked games. Was i in the right for dodging?

In this case, you were probably right to dodge before getting into game, but not because he was terrible. League, although with a highly competitive nature, is still a game, and your primary objective is to have fun. If you feel that something about your team will stop you from having fun then its ok to dodge. Just don't do it to often cause the waits can start getting longer.
