Please implement a vote kick/ban from chat rooms

Today at 3 of the chat rooms that I have opened, there were 4 different people spamming the chat with ebay offers to sell PBE accounts. I know the reason that the public chat rooms were closed were because of this sort of behavior, but that doesn't seem to be the right option. I think a vote kick/ban would be a better option to combat this.
