Swain and his 82 true damage loss

Yeah, you probably know what I'm talking about.
If you don't however here's the thing. Since Ignite damage can no longer be increased by his Torment, Swain lost 24 damage at level 6 and 82 damage at level 18. True damage, to be exact.

So, to compensate, should he get like, +20 overall magic damage to one of his DoTs? 20 is probably a fair amount.

And yeah I'm being skeptic because he's been in a somewhat well balanced state for quite some time, so any little detail might cause his downfall.
