Ranked Problems

So I was in my series to get to Silver 3, been pushing to get the highest rank from the start of the season. I get very first pick, and go mid, the 2nd pick was saying "Mid only", and that "we can have 2 mids" and refused to go anything else, leaving me to dodge, and lose my series completely. Also on the fact that i face people who only join near the end of the season to get just the rewards, and there is a higher amount of trolls and toxic people near the end of the season, gotta love it.
