Concept - Skin Trading system
So while talking a little, my friend and I, suddenly got on the subjects of unwanted skins. My friend thought "What if there was a something like a skin trading system".

This would be so nice, I have a couple skins from mystery gifts that are discontinued and "rare" but I don't like those champs so I don't play them. Would love to be able to get rid of them for some skins on champs that I do play.
I hope a rioter sees this concept, i think its a great idea :D
Interesting. Was thinking of this as well a few days ago, when I posted about an Icon Trading system.
Think there would have to be some ideas in place though, so people don't get easily cheated out of RP/value of the skins. Perhaps an easy to reference list of the RP value for the skin. The store doesn't work as once you own it, the RP value isn't listed for it.
Could reference the wiki for RP prices, but was thinking of something in client (since this would be a possible feature). http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Champion_skin
This also opens up a question for trading Ultimate Skins: If you trade an Ultimate skin, does the icon go with it?
Limited Edition skins (unavailable Skins from the wiki link above) shouldn't be able to be exchanged. These are for Veterans, beta-testers, and other events. It doesn't seem right to trade those away when they weren't earned by the recipient.
