[Client] No button on the solo team builder

well, in the team builder, when i click join a team, and select the champ/lane/role there is no button to join. bug? http://imgur.com/7OJQ0w2

My workaround is to hit the little quit button in the bottom left corner, then go right back into team builder. After that, the "find group" button appears.

I have been having this problem since the 5.1 patch. [No Join Team button in Team Builder]

I've tried:

Quitting the game and starting it up again
Entering and Leaving the Team Builder a copious amount of times to see if the Join Team button reappears
Uninstalling League of Legends via the Installer Application and reinstalling the game
Trying different game modes then coming back to the Team Builder

None of these attempts have produced a remedy. In addition, some are reporting that their Team Builder button appears and disappears intermittently, mine has permanently disappeared.

What I am able to do is Build a Team in Team Builder.

Very frustrating as my preferred method of play is to Join a Team in the Team Builder. I feel this is not like Riot to leave this problem unresolved for so long as it seams to be widely reported. Quite disappointing.

Please help....... .......for my sanity.......
