Extend the early sales

Extend it to the last day of the month instead of the 30th. The last sale of January begins on the 31st, which means I can't buy a skin from the early sales for a champ with the sales on the 31st. I want to buy arcade Ahri, but now I won't because of that. Just move it up one day and you guys will benefit from it, rather than lose out money and have some weird sale setup
