New Food Skins...and Sinful Succulence Morgana/Master Chef Tahm Kench?

So with the new skins (Sashimi Akali, Baker Panth, BBQ Leona, Butcher Olaf), I wanted to ask if Sinful Succulence Morgana and Master Chef Tahm Kench are related to these four skins? Or if they fit in somewhere? I'd actually love a story on how these go together.
