Hey there, Master Fledgling here.

Been playing some Gnar, Renekton and Rengar and I thought to myself -- 'Boy, I'd love to have my Fury full right now.'

Enter the 'Scholar's Mace.'

Brutalizer item 3134 + Fiendish Codax item 3108 + Ruby Crystal item 1028

Cost: 3300 (1337 + 820 + 400 + 743 Recipe, respectively)

250 Health 35 AD 40 AP Unique Passive: 10 percent armor and magic penetration Unique Passive: 20% CDR

Unique Active - Moment of Clarity: Instantly fills any secondary resource (Rage, Fury, Energy, Ferocity, Heat.) Does not affect any static cooldown of a champion relating to their secondary bar (80 second cooldown.) (240 second cooldown)

(I believe that's all of them)

Let me know what you think. It would make some champions, like Gnar, much more reliable and champions like Rengar more burst at the cost of some wasted stats. I think it would be fun!

unfortunately this would ruin the balance of the mana-less champs becuase their kits are balanced around specific play patterns, and all of the non mana resources recharge from different means for different uses and lets not even talk about putting a hybrid pen item in the game.... rito wont allow it

Well, despite the fact that this is highly unlikely to happen, you might not want this to instantly fill up a "Heat" bar. Rumble is the only one that uses Heat, and when he he reaches 100 heat he silences himself, so he generally does not want to reach full heat.

but here is the biggest issue you essentially remove about 50% of the skill needed to be good with these champs by giving them a free meter fill like gnar ults on command would ruin a lot of his counterplay
