So ya... I recently saw hextech annie in game and was like COOL I WANNA GET THAT! So i decided to open some chests... I eventually bought some RP to buy chests after having no luck with the free ones, and decided to keep track of how much money it would take to get hextech annie according to the RNG, in order to give people a baseline... little did i expect that the amount i needed to get the 10 gemstones was in fact... 550 approxdollars... this is completely ridiculous...
