uuuuuuh, are you sure it wasn't a further bug? I've had it happen where my League "missed" the load in and I was stuck in an infinite search.
Also how often do you dodge to get stuck in low priority que? O.o I dodge when people are being too obviously disagreeable or seriously state their intention to troll and have never had it that happen to me.
Quit and re-enter queue, come on.
