Rename the LAN Server to East Coast Server please.

We need an east coast server,and rename the LAN server or Add english language to the system is the best way and most convenient way to do it. it has been 5years,thats all we ask,nothing more..come on RIOT..

I highly doubt that LAN would have the capacity to handle the east coast.
