Can we give supports in team builder extra IP?

So we don't have half hour waits for a single support just for them to join then leave.

You don't understand Team Builder's problems nor Supports if you think extra IP will fix the problem.

I support adding this feature so I can continue to abuse selecting support role but picking the champion I actually want to play and taking all the bot lane CS and get extra IP.

People can just abuse the system then.
