Garen is the Witcher.

With his new Buff, Garen has an icon and a picture that shows who is causing the most trouble. He kills what is causing people grief.......he is the witcher. Now I have to get the rugged Garen skin (which took inspiration from Geralt of RIvia), Because he can now hunt down the monsters on the enemy team that are killing your friendlies.
