When I go on HUGE winning sprees. I always get placed with 3 people who have lost the last 3-5 games and are tilted...

Is this way of riot balancing winning a lot? Or am I just unlucky?

And then one of the toxic people on tilt challenges me to a 1v1. I say okay, send him an invite and he declines it..
