Inactive teams, Can't get a name I want

I want a team name, the team has 1 member, hasn't been played since february 2014... should be inactive, should beable to take. However, no this guy gets to troll anybody who wants that team name by sitting on it, and it apparently never being inactive.

Riot fix this please

This is why league has so many kiddos with x420x on the end of their name. Purge inactive names so we don't have to see that garbage anymore
