try a new champion, take up a different role. I used to go like an average of 1.5:1 as an adc, but recently i felt unable to play the role well enough to carry. recently i took up jungle, mid and top lane. with a new found role to learn everything about, i force myself to apply myself more, giving me an edge against my opponent.

Recently I've been doing very well with talon mid lane, be it his crazy AD output or his great kit overall, ive done very well lately. Almost always coming out better than 1:1. and dont be afraid to try out new things in normal draft Q, i rarely see toxic people in normal Q. and it doesnt weigh in on your rank.

TL;DR try something new
