Tahm and Hydra

Just a small request with the adding of Titanic Hydra to move or add his specific lines to Titanic since with it being added there is no real need for Tahm to buy RH but I can see TH being something he would use alot if in a solo lane.

The thing I like about it most is that titanic hydras active is an AA reset, meaning you can get 3 stacks of his passive really fast
