3 guys reported me in an aram game cause i said its not good to cuss and then every time i got a kill or i died me and a few members on the enemy team would just have a small conversation on what happened and compliment each other on the big plays and i still healed my teammates even though they all just teamed up on me and kept calling me annoying i tanked the turrets i got the most kills i didnt retaliate back to their mean words

One game won't get you banned if you're toxic. One game will most assuredly not get you banned if you're not toxic at all.

If everything you said is true then even if they got the entire enemy team to report you as well you would still have nothing to worry about.
