@RIOT Games. Here is how you should view reworks.

I think that reworks should be viewed in the mindset of thinking like you were making a new champ... veigar had not come out yet. (that is just an example this is not a veigar thread) So think "If we were making this champ for the first time, would we design them like this?" Just my thoughts on reworks.
