League: people sometimes make stupid decisions and blame the team IRL: trust no person during a group project

...that was a joke in case it turned out to be overly rude.

League:: When a team works together by communicating and being on the same page, they'll be more successful. IRL: Same. This can apply to various situations, both at work and in your personal life.

League: Build people up rather than tearing them down. Encouragement and positive words go a long way. IRL Same.

League: You may have the best abilities, but the fed champion with loads of gold will likely win IRL: Having talent and creativity not always means success, sometimes you need power and money

Donald trump has millions of dollars. Millionaires make money off sweat shop workers. This isn't even remotely true.

League: Before we start any given match, we accept the risk of losing/having a bad game, because the potential for a rewarding experience out-weighs the risk. IRL: Before we start any given match (ie we take on a human form) we exist in state of nothingness, of infinite pure bliss, peace and unity. But that gets boring, so we decided to come play this human game, because taking on risks equals potential rewards. We CHOSE to be here, and we must never forget that fact. The only logical response to life, with all its glorious suffering, pain and conflict (AND happiness and love), is GRATITUDE THAT WE GET TO PLAY THIS GAME :)

League: If you call a specific role in champ select, say bot lane support, stick to your chosen role/position. You're VERY unlikely to succeed, and/or let your whole team down, if you suddenly decide you want to take a support champ Soraka with supp items/runes/masteries into the jungle. IRL: Don't be surprised when you suffer because you're trying to be something you're not.

There's a time and place for everything.

The time you want to push mid may be better spent getting dragon/baron etc.

Goodluck in your list ^_^

This reminds me of Arkadian's Tips for bronze and gold... It's like you directly quoted him.

I have one:

League Of Legends: Getting a penta as Soraka feels amazing IRL: Even if you're not meant to do something, doing it anyway is awesome if it helps regardless and you're meant to be incapable of doing so.

Well I think all your points are garbage and have no transference to real life.

One that does is reaction to trolls and just generally unpleasant people. I find I've dealt with them so much, when I see them in real life I can't even get angry at them. I don't try and have pissing contests with people taking a shit anymore. I recognize the futility and don't even say anything most of the time.

Now onto the one I find is something should learn whether or not they play league. That is Correcting your mistakes and willingness to accept criticism. This is something that the majority of people and league players even more so don't have. THink about a situation and think of what the best possible out come is. I applied this to social situations and I feel I became much better at socializing because of it. Doing this also makes you more open to criticsm. How this applies to league is when something doesn't go well just think of how you could have done better. I actually got better faster than I could win games and climb, so I went from p5-d5 with a 70% winrate.

League: playing champion to know their weaknness is best way to defeating them and gives you good foundation for marcomanagement. IRL: Being able to think from others people perspectives gives you power over them and may make you a good leader.

League: irrationally getting blamed for not helping IRL: people tend to think their problems are also problems of others.
