I saw the patch notes for 7.13 one problem.

I saw the patch notes for 7.13 and I went to play a Game we lost but I wasn't able to do the new honor thing even though it says they changed honor for this update 7.13. Still only able to do old honoring, is something a miss here? Please help need answers

Riot loves enabling features in the middle of a patch for some reason. That's what they will probably do this time as well.

They are planning to turn on the new Honor system later during the patch, once they are ready to do so. I expect we will probably see it sometime in the next few days.
