The Exact Cost of Skins

Out of boredom (and seeing people guess incorrectly the price of skins) I've decided to just sit down and do the math for this. I will not be doing sale prices as that just doubles my work. If you really really want the exact cost of sale prices or anything else such as bundles, rune pages, ward skins, summoner icons, server transfers, name changes, or anything else I may have missed: Please just take the decimal value below the amount of RP you would be willing to purchase and multiply that decimal value by the amount of RP you need for something. This is not an exact science if you have ever purchased RP of different values, and everything below in the actual cost section will also be rounded up or down to the nearest cent. One more thing before I get down to writing it all out: In NO way am I promoting or demoting the purchasing of skins or anything else. This is merely just educational and a sort of guide if you need it. It's your money and you can do what you want with it, so please no hate comments.
