Because there is no new Cassiopeia skin :c when riot when?? Why is dah hate so huge to cass?

RiotKateyKhaos said they haven't forgotton about her. And skins should be released as part of a 'theme'.
I honestly thought she would get some ice witch skin.. but oh well xd
