The main reason I hate about laning against Riven

I actually like laning against Riven because most of the champs I play are counters to her or are just so tanky she can't kill them but it always seems like no matter how hard I shut down she seems to always get fed. I play against her as Shen the other day and I beat her hard in lane. At 20 minutes she was 1-4. When the game ended at 35 minutes she was 10-4. This happens almost every time I play against a Riven and sometimes with one. No matter how behind she is she will 100 to 0 your ADC or mid lane super fast. She's like Akali in that laning phase doesn't really matter as long as they can get their first item or two they'll be strong no matter how behind they are. They may not be able to fight their lane opponent but their just go blow up your ADC on repeat and now they are stronger then their lane opponent.
