Leaver Buster

Recently, one of my friends computer's overheated, and now he has a 20 minute leaver buster. I'm fine with this. However, I am not okay with the fact that I have had to wait at least 55 minutes due to reasons beyond mine and my friends control, to queue up for a single game. The first time we queue up, 15 minutes into the wait, it glitches, says the group has been disbanded, due to a bug (I know this because one of my friends was still in the group and said that everyone was still in, however me and another friend have been kicked from the group). Annoyed but not stopped, we continued onto another game, twiddling our thumbs and playing hearthstone while we waited for the leaver buster, until we finally get into our game. During the ban phase, one of my friends league crashed, forcing us to leave the queue, and have to wait another 20 minutes. For these reasons I have thought of a possible solution. For each queue, the time spent waiting for the queue saves. So say you spend 18 minutes waiting, but somebody leaves the queue. You now only have to wait 2 minutes, in the leaver buster. Or if say someone in your group dodges after you've waited the whole time, the next time you queue up you don't have to wait.

EDIT: I wrote this as I waited for a leaver buster. However, as soon as it hit 0 seconds remaining, the timer reset FOR NO REASON!! This is becoming exceedingly obnoxious.

This is a better way to fix the already broken system of punishment for leaving or disconnecting from a game and having already have waited through the entire time penalty it should not be a constant restart if someone leaves the queue or exits the lobby. If this current way continues without fixing it more people will end up leaving the game entirely because it is more of a pain to deal with and it just makes the game unplayable with friends if they have crashed and then cannot join any type of game. The old leaver penalty was not a problem because it only needed to be put up when the account was signed into please bring back the old leaver penalty and add that or fix the new leaver.

Man i know your problem but riot arent good with head because whats that one game or something important to do what we must stay one hour throught the game ends and loze or my conection breaks and than i must wait (20X5) sry but im not here to wait 20 mins ok i can wait but the problem is i must be on pc when im waiting if i dont do it (THE FUCKING CONECTION STOPS OF MY NET>>> TO >>>>LOL)So i think this game is like something VERY VERY VERY important to do.item 3157
