Custom Announcer (UT) mod not working in 5.11

I worked really hard to create wpk files to make my custom announcer super awesome and now it doesn't even work. I've tried pasting my custom announcer wpk in manually but that doesn't work either. and patching in the custom announcer wpk with the mod doesn't work either. Does anyone have a fix on this or any info to share on custom announcers not working with this new patch??

EDIT: Blakinola has updated his video about custom announcers. go check out his channel. The ui mod is still broken though. The file directory has been changed for the announcer wpk so go in the rads directory and change the wpk. Cheers all :)
