Youtube/Twitch Wont load videos

This isnt exactly about League but recently I installed Overwolf for Lolwiz, I heard its allowed for the terms and everything but regardless I uninstalled it. It was uninstalled mostly because after installing and site that has videos refuses to load or it takes anywhere between 10-20 refreshes until anything decides to load. I've used speedtest to check to make sure its not an internet issue, and it is running fine at 4-6 mbps. I'm posting it on the League boards just because I don't really know where else to see if anyone has had this problem or a fix.
