Ranked Matchmaking idea

Why not implement a system that puts players with people who act like them. Such as people who leave games getting stuck with other people who have a history of leaving games, or toxic players with other toxic players. I dont know what my luck is looking like right now, im in gold and three matches in a row I've got stuck with leavers/afk. Its overly frustrating, I just dont see what I've done to deserve this. (Its even worse when those leavers, left a game we were ahead, but because they werent doing well....)
