Is this something to be worried about?

Today I got my first leaver warning I've ever gotten before that I can recall, I don't remember exactly what it said, but it basically said that leaving is bad for the team and I had to type I agree to not do it again (obviously I complied). Because I've never left a game before, I was wondering if this is something that shows up the first time/every time you leave a game, or was it a genuine warning that I may be in trouble? I have received a 3 day ban about 2 years ago, but besides that I've never gotten in trouble, and I did get the 4 win ip boost at the end of this season (thanks riot!). I didn't intentionally leave this game either, it was an aram and something that needed to be updated pulled me out of game, then when I tried to tab back in my computer was bugging out so I had to restart it. By the time I was ready to join back the game had already ended and I was greeted with this warning. Am I at risk of getting banned or am I alright? These things worry me cause I've invested a lot of time and money into this game :/

Was it the warning where you have to type 'I Agree'

Because, as far as my understanding goes (Which may not be that much), that's not supposed to incur any pentalties, and is more of a way to tell newer players "Leaving in the middle of a game for extended periods of time is not something we tolerate, so try to avoid doing so in the future."

As far as I know.** And I could be wrong**. I ended up getting one myself (My internet is so wonderful reliable at breaking).

As I understand it, you are not in trouble, you are just being informed that leaving games is not good. How long and how frequent seem to play a big role in if you get dinged by leaverbuster.
